A lady who has had Hepatitis c for 25years had a check up recently & her doctor was amazed there s no deterioration in her health and she is in great shape.
One lady reported a back injury at work and came down to the centre & felt pain free immediately.
One lady came in with a lost voice and found it returned straight away.
An elderly lady said coming to Simply felt like she had stepped from death into life.

Meals & food held great significance in Jesus’ time and God loves to do great things when people get together for meals. One lady described how the dynamics of one of the older kids groups really changed when they started having meals together as a group.
We had the chance to have a stand at a recent Worcestershire business exposition which was an amazing success. A team from Simply showcased fitness, beauty, food and education. A huge amount of interest was generated.
One man told how a chance meeting with an Official resulted in her visiting Simply & being so impressed she will be bringing further colleagues down with her.
One lady has never given up on the many people she has talked to about Simply over time and this week was thrilled a lady visited who she first spoke to 2 years ago!
