
If you're not sure what to wear don't panic, just normal gym gear, something in which you can easily move. We have plenty of space in the auditorium and have equipment for up to 50 in each class, so we are well resourced.

Here's Tina's story:
Whilst being a fitness instructor for 18 years I discovered I had changed. To teach fitness I felt I had to look a certain way & be a certain way. As a result I stopped enjoying doing what I did. Teaching at Simply Church all of the image stuff just started to melt away. There was no act & no image. As God started to transform me I started to love teaching fitness again! Where before I'd felt isolated & lonely for a long time but now I was so supported I didn't know what to do! People would help with the music, the equipment - it's a real team thing.
The pressure is off and I love it! So come and join us because WE'RE GONNA GO FOR IT LARGE!
