
In 2011 we have launched our brand new ‘Mega’ classes, which have been designed exclusively for Simply Fitness and are not taught anywhere else at the present time. Each session is developed and changed to meet the demands of everyday life and with the training of a new fitness instructor there will be more classes added to the current list.

Monday 10.30am Boot Camp
Tuesday 10.30am Abs, Stretch and Core
Tuesday 6.15pm Mega 7 (30 mins)
Wednesday 10.30am MegaBlast (30 mins)
Thursday 6.15pm Mega Fit (30 mins)
Saturday 11am Body Blast

Simply Fitness is managed by Tina Sewell who presents each session with enthusiasm and passion. With over 20 years of teaching experience in gyms, schools and professional football clubs, Tina has kept in touch with up to date training and mixes it all together with great fun and enjoyment. The classes are suitable for everybody and can be adapted for any need.
A CRB checked crèche is available for every class and parking is free.
